The Kansas City Metro Men’s Chorus (KCMMC) was founded in the fall of 2001. After a short period of recruitment, a choir of 80 men sang their first concert in February of 2002 to an audience of over 500. An offering of over $2,500.00 was given to three area charities in fulfillment of the choir’s mission to praise God through singing while giving the proceeds of an offering to local charities in the metropolitan area. From the very beginning, the mission of the choir has been to praise God through music and through service to those in need. The men of the chorus generously donate their time, talent and treasure in supporting this mission. KCMMC gives 100% of the offerings received at their concerts to charities chosen by the host church or organization.
Over the past ten years, KCMMC is proud to have
generated over
$237,000
in charitable proceeds.
ALL of the money raised at their concerts has been
given to various organizations in the Kansas City metro
area and organizations as far west as Junction City, KS,
east to Marshall, MO, north to Trenton, MO and south to
Camdenton, MO.
